Encanto is a safe and self- sustaining community near Ensenada, Mexico built to serve women in rehabilitation programs and their children. The project provides safety, housing, medical care, education, clean water, clothing and community The on-site orphanage and education programs provide vital services to children while their mothers are in treatment.
